XE and XT

Cray Prime is the standard level of support offered by Cray. It is designed to give a high level of support to your Cray system. Coverage hours and response times are defined as needed. Complete system support including software updates, system maintenance, spare parts, and repair is included.

Cray Shared Support is available for selected locations and systems sizes. With this program, Cray offers a shared support model for the self sufficient customer.
